What’s your property worth?

On meeting Loren at an open home in my own street, I asked Loren if he wouldn’t mind doing an appraisal of my property. I did advise him that I was not interested in selling, I was  just wanting to check where the market was. Loren was more than happy to do this and presented me with a comprehensive appraisal in a few days. Within a week I was discussing with Loren about selling my property “off market” and 2 months later I had sold and settled. Loren was able to facilitate a smooth and quick transition without any stress and at all times was both professional  and relaxed to deal with. I would happily recommend Loren in the future.

Loren was terrific to work with throughout the sale of our property.
